Initial Consultation & Plan $550
80-minute initial parent session to discuss overall concerns & goals.
Written Support Plan, identifying short and longer-term goals and strategy, including recommendations for school & community supports as well as in-home instruction.
50-minute follow-up review session.
The initial parent session provides an opportunity for me to hear your concerns and your child’s needs and your goals for them. I will walk you through a parent survey to gather insights about your child’s needs. Those concerns may be related to health, academics, social and communication skills, social emotional learning/behavior, functional life skills, and leisure skills. Together, we will develop a progressive plan that works for your child and your family. We will develop short-term and longer-term goals and and I’ll share resources for recommended services and supports to accomplish them.
*Note: If your child is 12 or older, we can discuss how extensively to involve them in this initial planning process.
Direct Instruction (In-Person) 4 sessions: $550 8 sessions $900
Weekly or Bi-Weekly 50-minute sessions.
Informal assessments to drive instruction across all areas of need.
Personalized teaching materials and visual supports for use at home included (e.g., schedules, reminders, activity systems).
Monthly progress report, including data trends & analysis.
Home School support and instruction, including instructional materials, assessments and progress monitoring forms.
I will provide in-home (or at school) support and instruction in identified areas of need through our initial consultation and plan. Instruction and support can evolve over time depending on priority, but can include academics, social skills, emotional regulation, functional life skills or recreation/leisure skills. *Note: A potential upcharge fees may be incurred for drives > 20 minutes.
Educational Consulting $110 per hour
Observations & Instructional/Behavioral Planning.
Consultation with school staff based on student’s learning style, recommendations for accommodations and modifications based on identified areas of need.
Specially designed instructional materials based on student’s learning style & needs.
Data collection and reporting tools for IEP goals.
I will provide consultation for your child at school in collaboration with staff and IEP team members. Support might include but is not limited to: creating specially designed instructional materials, collaborating with the IEP team on evidence-based practices, conducting behavioral observations and creating support plans, designing data collection forms, and completing assessments based on areas of educational need for IEP planning and progress monitoring.
IEP Planning & Advocacy $110 per hour

IEP Reviews & Recommendations.
IEP Meeting Attendance, Advocacy & Support.
If your child is school-aged and you are navigating the complicated world of eligibility or preparing for an annual IEP, we can walk through the process together so you know what to expect, what to ask for and how to work effectively as a key contributor to the IEP team. I can review IEPs, make suggestions and attend IEP meetings to advocate for your child’s services.
Support for Community-Based Activities $110 per hour
Consultation and written support plans for accommodations.
Visual supports or other instructional materials to support access and engagement when participating in extracurricular activities (e.g., social narratives, activity checklists, reinforcement charts).
I can prepare documentation, supporting materials and consultation as needed to allow your child to successfully navigate extracurricular activities both during the school year and summer.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly 50-minute sessions.
Informal assessments to drive instruction across all areas of need.
Personalized digital teaching materials and visual supports for use at home included (e.g., schedules, reminders, activity systems).
Monthly progress report, including data trends & analysis.
Some families and students may prefer virtual instruction. Through our initial planning, we can determine what will work best for your child. The sessions can be with both child and parent(s) or just with your child, depending on their ability to maintain engagement and access technology.
